Service was great here. We came to pick out a new harness for our dog and the one recommended by the sales person was perfect. Plus we were tickled by the bird she carried on her shoulder.

Whenever we go in we are greeted right away. Whenever we have questions about our fur and scales babies they are so informative!!! We bought two baby rats from this place and they are the sweetest things ever!! So smart love kisses and love cuddles and zoomie time!! Thank you so much Ivy and Nadia you both made our family complete!

Nycole is absolutely the best customer service rep EVER! KEIRA is also amazing my boys love visiting with them and chat their ears off, all the while they keep a smile. I appreciate the friendly manner in which they conduct themselves

I know I can be a pain in the butt when it comes to having an employee help me in a store. I came in on Sunday they were fairly busy. But despite them being busy both of the ladies working that day were very helpful. Ivy who I believe is the store manager and cole who I believe is also another manager helped me with all my questions. Honestly this is the first time in a very long time that I've had wonderful service at a pet store where I feel like I was heard. Very patient and kind ladies working that day.

Pet Supermarket has been wonderful! My son just got a gecko and due to various reasons, I’ve had to return to the store several times. Dan, Ivy, Heidi and Kiara have all helped me thru with smiles on their faces, being very helpful and knowledgeable. They genuinely care and love for their pets too! What a lovely crew at this location!
